TWO GUYS AND A GIRL (and a really great guy on piano!) consists of singers Karen Gay, Greg Davis & Bruce Ewing, accompanied by David Kancsar. This group has been together singing Christian Music in Las Vegas since 1999. This group is grateful to be able to combine the joy of singing with their love for the Lord! Karen Gay has sung since childhood, first with her twin sister, Diane with whom she recorded a Contemporary Christian Album in 1986. From that album, the single "I Am Here" was on the contemporary Christian chart for several weeks. Karen was also part of the folk trio, Beyond The Pale. Her current career in theatre management brought her to Las Vegas, managing "Starlight Express" at the Las Vegas Hilton, and "Mystere" at Treasure Island. Karen is currently Cirque du Soleil's Director of Global Citizenship in Las Vegas, Montreal & Orlando. She & her husband Stephen own & operate Milo's Inn at Boulder, a lovely Bed & Breakfast resort in Boulder City, NV (www.milosinnatboulder.com) Greg Davis - After over 17 years in Show Business, Greg, a recovering Southern Baptist, is now a full fledged Lutheran, having been Minister of Music and Worship at Community Lutheran Church in Las Vegas for 9 years, overseeing all worship experiences. His show business career included a 15 year association with the show Forever Plaid. You can hear Greg singing the role of Frankie on the 15th Anniversary Cast Recording of Forever Plaid. Bruce Ewing - From Suffern NY, Bruce currently performs in PHANTOM: The Las Vegas Spectacular, after playing Jinx in Forever Plaid at the Gold Coast. Bruce has toured nationally in Grand Hotel (Erik), City of Angels (Jimmy Powers) and Forever Plaid (Jinx/Frankie/Sparky). Recordings: Tonight At Eight, Give Me Jesus and the 15th Anniversary Recording of Forever Plaid (www.BruceEwing.com). Locally, Bruce also teaches voice lessons with his sister in law Kate (www.EwingVocalAssociates.com). David Kancsar (pianist) holds a classical piano degree from the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music. He has served as keyboardist at the Las Vegas productions of Chicago, Mamma Mia, Phantom of the Opera, The Sopranos, and Spamalot. Work as Music Director, Conductor, and/or Keyboardist includes The Second City, productions of Forever Plaid and Plaid Tidings in Las Vegas and New York state, and the Las Vegas production of Mel Brooks’ The Producers. David maintains a full teaching studio, and can be heard on the 15th anniversary cast recording of Forever Plaid. |
